This is our take on a Scottish Ale. Its slightly caramelized flavor profile with a grainy dry finish is inspired by the pub-style session ales measured by schillings in Scotland.

Jack Mashburn was a beloved citizen of our community. At the age of 22, Mr. Mashburn was elected to the Florida House and he helped create the first park for black beachgoers in the South, right here at our own St. Andrews State Park. This progression led by Mr. Mashburn was so controversial he lost his seat in the Florida House for it. He also championed preservation around Econfina Creek alongside the Patronis family. Later in life, he was known to drop off magnolia flowers at friends' houses and businesses around the community. His love for this community clearly never stopped. Jack Mashburn passed away in 2017.
