Belle Booth
Blonde Ale / 5.3% ABV
This classic American Blonde Ale is our easy drinkin, easy goin, refreshing beer that everyone loves. We named it for Belle Booth, who was Panama City’s first female postmaster and, after the passing of her first husband Dr. Booth, married our very first mayor Robert McKenzie. Belle built the home that they eventually lived in with her bare hands, and The McKenzie House is now a historic landmark that sits right behind our brewery in downtown Panama City.

No Troubles
Irish Red Ale / 5.3% ABV
Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, this Irish style ale hits the taps with quintessential rustic, roasted character and a firm finish from the barley. “The Troubles” is a term that refers to the northern Ireland conflict that lasted around 30 years and ended in 1998 with the “Good Friday agreement.” Since Ireland is still in peace time we named this beer “NO Troubles” to celebrate St. Patrick’s! -
Val Valentine
Hazy IPA / 6.2% ABV
We named this juicy, hazy IPA for the man who designed the coolest rides at Miracle Strip Amusement Park, like the Abominable Sno'man and Dante's Inferno! Val was a local architect and artist who made his mark on this town and our hearts. This beer has punchy aromas and flavors of Valencia orange, stone fruit, and a touch of resin. The mouthfeel is smooth and full, with a firm hop bite on the finish. -
Pollywog Black & Blue
Hard Cider / 5.5% ABV
Crisp, dry cider with loads of fruit flavor from a base of tart apple with added blackberry & blueberry juices. Our “Pollywog” line is for true cider lovers, with no added sugar so you get all of the natural flavors. -
Azalea Trail
Hard Cider / 5.4% ABV
This peach cider is gluten-free and made with peach juice and peach puree for super fruity aromas and flavors and a bright finish. We named it for the Azaela Trail, a 50-year tradition started by The Garden Club highlighting historic homes in the Cove and their beautifully blooming gardens every spring. -
McKenzie's
Nitro Milk Stout / 7.1% ABV
We brew this English-style stout with milk sugar for a creamy mouthfeel and just a touch of sweetness on the finish, rounding out the classic notes of dark chocolate & coffee from the dark roasted malts. Putting it on a nitro tap adds even more of a smooth, silky finish. This one is named after Panama City's very first mayor, Robert McKenzie. His house still stands as a historic landmark right behind our brewery in downtown Panama City. -
Tip Top
Lager / 4.6% ABV
This is our newest lager made with Pilsner malt and a touch of Tupelo honey for bready, sweet aromas and a crisp clean finish. We named it after the local market, Tip Top Grocery, which was around back in the 50’s. -
Sheriff Sherm
Hazy IPA / 7.1% ABV
A bold and aromatic hazy IPA with bright citrus and ripe tropical fruit character. Smooth and expressive with a balanced bitterness, this beer delivers big hop flavor with a soft, rounded finish.
The Cowboy in this photo is who we named the beer for. His name was Sherm Walker. He was a Hollywood stunt man in the early 60’s who moved to Panama City Beach where he played the role the “Sheriff of Ghost Town” when it opened in 1966. On a half hour schedule he would have gunfights with desperados on the Main Street and never lost a quick draw showdown! Sherm and Ghost Town are fondly remembered by many PCB locals and visitors. -
Ella Mae
Light Ale / 5.3% ABV
This super crisp, light, citrusy ale is named after Ella Mae Sapp, the beloved matriarch of the Sapp family home. The Sapp House still stands today and has recently been restored and renovated as a gorgeous event venue in historic downtown Panama City. -
Jewel's Hibiscus
Wheat Ale / 5.6% ABV
We infused our American wheat ale with Hibiscus tea to create this floral, tart, bright pink, totally unique brew that locals cannot get enough of!
Jewel Booth was the beloved daughter of Belle & Dr. Charles Erwin Booth. -
SEALAB
IPA / 5.4% ABV
Our newest batch of this IPA series is dry-hopped with Superdelic hops for vibrant citrus, tropical fruit, and lightly dank flavors and aromas.
Since these IPAs are our "experiments," we thought it was only fitting to name it for the Naval Support Activity (NSA) on St. Andrew's Bay, where "SEALAB" has been performing some cool marine experiments for over 75 years.

Luella Vernette
Kölsch / 5.4% ABV
We named this German style ale after the wife of G.M. West, one of our town's founders. Luella was lovingly nicknamed "Luverne" by those who knew her, and the street right behind the brewery (Luverne Avenue) was named for her. It is a classicly crisp beer with aromas of honey and a medium mouth feel with a dry, earthy finish. -
Island Hopper
IPA / 6.3% ABV
New England Style Hazy IPA featuring a unique Norwegian yeast with sultana dry hop. Island Hopper has a potent citrus, lemon-forward aroma and a juicy mouthfeel with a lingering finish. This brew features Citra and Sultana hops for flavor, but it boasts low bitterness making it approachable and light. If you're not sure about hoppy beers, try this one, it's our "starter IPA!" Perfectly crushable and great for trips to Shell Island, family BBQ’s, and general fun in the sun. -
Tommy Oliver
American Lager / 6.2% ABV
This medium bodied American lager is clean & refreshing, showcasing a grainy-sweet corn flavor for a moderately rich taste with a creamy mouthfeel. We named our new American Lager after local coach and WWII hero Tommy Oliver. He grew up in this town, played football and then eventually coached at Bay High School. Coach Oliver was a true patriot, at 34 years old with a wife and two children at home, he answered his country’s call to defend freedom in WWII. He fought bravely but sadly was killed in battle by a Japanese sniper while giving medical aid to one of his fellow Marines. Since 1945, Bay High's Tommy Oliver Stadium has honored the memory of Bay County’s "All-American Boy" and every Bay County High School graduate who died in service to our country in WWII. -
Spyglass
IIPA / 8% ABV
We named this New England style double IPA for Spyglass Dr. in Panama City Beach. It is public access point #1, a spot where, in the good old days, locals could park for free and gather for surfing, beach volleyball, picnics, and bonfires no matter the season. This beer gives heady aromas of overripe tropical fruit with a light, fluffy body and hoppy finish with an approachably low level of perceived bitterness.
