Belle Booth
Blonde Ale / 5% ABV
This easy-drinkin' American classic is known for its simplicity and smooth finish. We named it after Belle Booth, who was an important founding member of this community. She was our very first female postmaster. After the passing of her first husband Dr. Booth, Belle married Robert McKenzie (Panama City's first Mayor) and she is credited with building the McKenzie House with her bare hands in 1909. The house still stands as a historic landmark right behind the brewery!

G.M. West
Table Beer / 4.6% ABV
To celebrate the 115th anniversary of Panama City's official incorporation, we brewed a very special ale inspired by a recipe we found in an old confederate recipe book dating back to the 1800's. This ale features real molasses and ginger. It's bold with a mild spice, and overall refreshing. We named this beer after G.M. West, who made countless contributions to our town in the early 1900's, most notably he was a major influence on naming it Panama City. Click here to hear the story.

Saint's Bay Margarita
Gose / 4.9%
We brew this sour ale with salt, lime, and orange peel for flavors and tartness that will remind you of sippin’ a marg’ on the beach! It is named for our Saint Andrew’s Bay, which has been referred to as “Saint’s Bay” many times over the years.

Singin' Sisters
Saison / 4.3% ABV
Since the Confederate Jasmine is in bloom this season, we thought it would be fun to fuse the fruity and peppery flavors of a traditional Saison with a light delicate touch of Jasmine Tea, adding a bit of floral character to this crushable brew.We named it after the Kimbrel Sisters. Back in the 1920s this popular duo played music and sang songs for local gatherings, weddings, and most notably, a banquet at the Dixie Sherman Hotel honoring Dr. Fons A. Hathaway. You probably recognize that name because the bridge that connects Panama City to Panama City Beach is named after him.

Frank Brown
Nitro Brown Ale / 4.3% ABV
This dark brown ale is on a nitro tap for an extra smooth finish. It’s rich and bold without much lingering sweetness, with chicory-like aromas and flavors. You may recognize the name from the park in his honor on Panama City Beach. Frank Brown was an educator at Bay District Schools for over 35 years, first as teacher, then as a coach, and a principal. He was known for the extra care he took to ensure the safety of our local kids in everything they did, especially in sports. -
Red Holland's Ale
Amber Ale / 4% ABV
This malt forward Amber with notes of toffee & honey and a nice earthy finish is dedicated to Red Holland, a local legend who hosted TV shows like “Good Morning Tri-States,” and “Outdoors with Red” for much of the 80’s and 90’s. He grew up in our small neighboring community, Bonifay, Florida, and was beloved by many for his passion for nature, quirky sense of humor, and boisterous presence both on and off the air.
Our friends over at Redfish Film Festival will be presenting a Bay County citizen with a “Spirit of Red Holland” award during their closing night gala to honor Red’s contributions to our area. To learn more about the fest or this special gala, go to redfishfilmfest.com

McKenzie's Finest
Nitro Milk Stout / 6.6%
English-style stout brewed with milk sugar for a creamy mouthfeel and just a touch of sweetness on the finish to round out the quintessential notes of dark chocolate & coffee. We put this one on nitro for an even smoother finish. This one is named after Panama City's very first mayor, Robert McKenzie. His house still stands as a historic landmark right behind our brewery in downtown Panama City. -
Val Valentine
Hazy IPA / 7% ABV
We named this East Coast IPA after the artist who designed & built all of those cool rides at Miracle Strip Amusement Park & Shipwreck Island. This batch features El Dorado hops, which gives it notes of tropical fruit and hard candy. It's dry hopped, but is well balanced, slightly more juicy than bitter!
-
Strong Boy
IPA / 7.7% ABV
This All-American West Coast style IPA is packed with Chinook, Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe hops to balance the caramel malts. It’s our biggest IPA so we named it for Paul Conrad. He was a Millville local whose feats of strength landed him in Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in the 1950’s. They called him “the South’s Strongest Boy!”
