Singing Sisters Saison
Since the Confederate Jasmine is in bloom this season, we thought it would be fun to fuse the fruity and peppery flavors of a traditional Saison with a light delicate touch of Jasmine Pearls Tea, adding a bit of floral character to this crushable brew.
We named it after the Kimbrel Sisters. Back in the 1920s this popular duo played music and sang songs for local gatherings, weddings, and most notably, a banquet at the Dixie Sherman Hotel honoring Dr. Fons A. Hathaway. You probably recognize that name because the bridge that connects Panama City to Panama City Beach is named after him.
